Where psychology meets movement
-
Psychologist & Neuropsychologist
Katherine’s work starts with a question: what happens when people understand how their minds and bodies really work?
As a psychologist and neuropsychologist, she helps people and organizations make sense of stress and behaviour through the lens of the nervous system.
Her approach combines clinical psychology, neuroscience, and trauma-informed care with a systemic perspective on culture and connection.
She’s interested in how we can notice patterns, understand what shaped them, and rebuild from a place of awareness and choice.
Her work is built on the values of education and collective care, and on the belief that science should make you feel empowered, not overwhelmed.

Movement Scientist & Coach
Sillse believes movement is one of the most direct ways to learn about yourself.
As a sports and training scientist and former professional athlete, she helps people reconnect with rhythm, regulation, and strength that lasts beyond performance. Her approach is human and accessible built on the understanding that how we move in our bodies reflects how we move through life.
She works with people to find structure and flow in equal measure, creating systems that support both health and connection. Her work is guided by community, empowerment, and kindness, and by the belief that balance isn’t found — it’s created.
Together
Katherine and Sillse combine their fields to offer a complete, science-based approach to mental health and movement.
Their shared work helps people understand themselves and each other and use that understanding to build systems of care that support real, lasting change.
