Foundations for Feeling Well teaches you how to take care of your body and your nervous system in a healthy and sustainable way. It is a complete introduction to feeling well, moving well, and building strength that lasts.

You will learn from three experts. The Ignite Fit coaching team will teach you how to train safely and effectively so you can build strength, mobility, and confidence in your body. Psychologist Katherine Dennis Gonzalez will teach you how stress works, how recovery really happens, and how to support your nervous system in daily life. Together, these sessions create a clear pathway to long term health and resilience.

Across eight sessions at Ignite Fit Studio in Prenzlauer Berg, you will move, learn, reflect, and take home simple tools you can use right away. The group is small, the setting is supportive, and everything is designed to help you understand your own system and feel better in a real and lasting way.
