Across six weeks, you’ll learn how stress really works, practise tools that restore balance, and create a personal plan you can carry into daily life.

Format & Schedule

  • Total: 8 sessions over 6 weeks

    • 5 Educational Sessions → Wednesdays at 18:00 (online, 90 min)

    • 3 Movement Sessions → Fridays at 18:00 (in-person, 60–75 min, at Ignite Fit Gym, Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin)

  • Choose your format:

    • Small Group Program → Max 8 participants (interactive, supportive, community-focused)

    • 1:1 Program → Fully personalized to your needs and pace
