The Basics is a four-week group training programme teaching the foundations of how your mind and body work.
The programme is designed for curious, self-investing individuals who want to understand the core principles of stress, movement, and mental well-being. Over four sessions, you will receive a personal workbook and guided daily practices to integrate learning into your lifestyle. This is an educational experience focused on building long-term capacity; it is not intended for those currently in crisis or in need of acute therapeutic intervention.

Why A Group
Learning in a group creates a unique container for growth. The Basics is intentionally limited to a maximum of six people, ensuring a supportive and intimate environment.
